You've likely gone to a Tupperware party, right? Well, we're offering fitness parties for you and your friends. Invite 10 of your non-member friends to join you at the studio after hours for your favorite class (or how about a sampler?)! We'll tell them all about what we offer, you get to work out together, we'll do your measurements, and when they join, you get $25 off your membership per person! Welcome to Kari Bottemiller, one of our new members!  She grew up in Roseville and has been in Rochester since 1999, at which time she thought she'd be here for a year.  But she and her family really like it and have made this their home.  She is married to Kraig, who is an engineer at HGST (soon to be Western Digital), and they have 2 daughters, Brooke who's 11 and Mallory who's 8.  She works at Mayo as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the outpatient brain clinic doing follow-up and management of symptoms for patients with a variety of brain-related diagnoses like TBI, stroke, tumor, etc.  She loves to travel, spend time at their family cabin and being with her family.  Zumba is her favorite class, and she loves, loves, loves to travel, see new places and experience new things.  Welcome, Kari!!

Congratulations to **Amy Brass** who has shown dedication to her fitness, excitement about attending classes and working toward goals and lots of support of the studio! We're almost done with soup season, but this soup is amazing and chock full of nutrients. I didn't use the olive oil, because there was enough fat in the sausage to cook the veggies. Eat bread if that fits into your nutrient needs. Click on the picture to be taken to the recipe.
