Yoga for Stress Relief is Almost Here!
There are three classes in this session, starting Thursday, April 14 at 7pm. Make sure to reserve your spot, as they will fill! Join Maxine as she teaches you techniques that you can use for dealing with the stress in your life. Each class is free with your unlimited membership and a $10 drop-in for non-members.

Last week we announced one of our first quarter winners. This week we announce our second!
