May is Sugar Awareness Month in the studio (we just made it up!).  Sugar is often the culprit that keeps the weight on.  And it is in everything!  Check out these links if you want to read more.  Your first “assignment” is to track how much sugar you are eating throughout the day. Google the sugar content of things that aren’t labeled.  Check out these articles for more information and ideas for reducing your sugar intake this month.  Let us know by posting on our Facebook page about how you are reducing your sugar intake!

 I'm from Texas but I have lived in Mn for 16 years. 7 in Waseca and 9 here in Rochester. I am married and have 3 kids, ages 13,10,5 and two dogs. I work at Mayo Clinic as a Patient Care Assistant but I just got accepted into the Surgical Technology program. I really love Zumba at the studio. Interesting facts about myself. People think I am really shy but I'm not. I am just an introvert. I love reading and could spend hours in the library if I had the time.
