Empowered Wellness is the title sponsor for Zumba on the Plaza this summer!  We are so excited to spread the EWFS love through dance each Monday from 5:30-7 on Peace Plaza.  Please join us there each week instead of in the studio.  Bring friends - it’s FREE!  Wear your EWFS gear and help us show everyone downtown how much fun fitness can be!  Please note that we will have a Strength class in the studio at 4:30 with Caitlin, but no other Monday evening classes in the studio.

Try this recipe for a great choice for nutrient dense carbs.  Add some canned tuna or salmon or other meat and some veggies like cherry tomatoes, peppers, broccoli and spinach for a complete meal.


Pole showcase

Frestyl Fitness is putting on a showcase this Saturday here at the studio at 7:30pm. Please come for a glimpse of what pole fitness is all about and to support the students heading to Chicago to compete later this month! Tickets are $8 online or $10 at the door.
