Make Every Bite Count

January 24, 2017

Dieting is such a bummer, isn't it?  Always counting calories, feeling guilty about eating something, constantly hungry.

I have some good news for you.  You don't need to diet anymore.  Your days of calorie counting are over.  Unless you really love to count calories.  If that method works for you, then I support you 100%!  Because: the best diet is the one that works for you!  Yay!

But if you are not at your ideal weight, if you struggle with yo-yo dieting, if you have a difficult relationship with food, if you don't know how to go grocery shopping and leave with the most healthy ingredients, if you have any issues with food, it's time to try something new.  Have you ever thought or said, "I know what I need to do, I just can't make myself do it?"  Are you confused because you feel like you're doing all the right things but you're not seeing any changes?  Do you read article after article about different diets and vitamins and end up more confused?

You will benefit from making things simple!  It doesn't have to be complicated!

Whole foods have almost everything we need to keep us healthy, give us enough energy to do what we need and want to do and to keep us at an ideal weight!  We are so lucky that whole foods have the nutrients that we need and the vitamins and minerals that will keep us healthy.  Eating a variety of lean proteins, veggies, fruits & whole grains will keep you full and satisfied longer.

If you are eating whole, minimally processed foods most of the time, you're on the right track.  If not, this is the first step we'll take together.  We won't worry about anything else until you've mastered this step.

We are all about keeping things simple.  Get one-on-one help or join our group!
