Calorie counting has worked for many people over the years, but what I've found with my clients is that it isn't always sustainable. That is, it can be very difficult and time-consuming to keep track of calories, whether you're using a notebook or MyFitnessPal. For some it works, and for those folks I say, keep up the great work!
