Enter the Empowered Wellness Summer 12 Weeks of Healthy Habits Challenge. Join us as we play Healthy Habits Bingo and learn about 9 of the Empowered Wellness Healthy Habits, which are rooted in Precision Nutrition's curriculum. And challenge yourself to complete 2880 minutes of physical activity over 12 weeks!
